All animals that come to AAARF for adoption are microchipped with HomeAgain microchips, are spayed or neutered, have been given age-appropriate vaccines, are de-wormed, and are flea-free. All AAARF animals have been examined by a licensed Veterinarian. Dogs are tested for heartworm disease and are confirmed negative prior to adoption. Cats are tested for FeLV/FIV and are confirmed negative prior to adoption. All adopters are given a free Veterinary exam voucher to use at a participating Vet of their choice.
